Carol Duncan, Chair


Carol graduated from the Shipley School and William Smith College. After graduation she moved to Canton Ohio to run the remnants of her grandfather’s business there. Her career was with ICAN Housing Solutions, developers of permanent supportive housing for homeless persons living with mental illness. Once she retired she moved back to Philadelphia. Carol now serves as co-chair of the Economic Dignity Team for Philadelphians Organized to Witness Empower and Rebuild (POWER). POWER’s primary goals are to inspire the city to adopt a living wage and full fair funding for public schools.
